Artists Auriea Harvey and Eddo Stern consider the video game as a form of expression, while avoiding all discussion about whether Games can be art or Art can be games. They will also discuss virtual reality past present and future.

Auriea Harvey is a Co-founder of Tale of Tales, a video games development studio based in Ghent, Belgium that designs expressive interfaces to access engaging poetic narratives through simple controls. Eddo Stern is a Professor of Design Media Arts at University of California, Los Angeles. His work explores new modes of narrative and documentary, experimental computer game design, fantasies of technology and history, and cross-cultural representation in computer games, film, and online media.
